Our solution designs include network connectivity, servers, networks, active elements and end points. A service level agreement (SLA) is established for each type of device to set the service attainability (e.g. 99% of the time) and the procedures for any changes. We monitor systems, study outages, suggest improvements, and embrace restructuring.
CSG takes responsibility for the management of the entire ICT life cycle, including the design of changes and purchases of technology, as well as addressing software legal parameters. We also perform inspections of electrical equipment and distribution systems.
SHARED WORKFLOW
The client manages key system elements
CSG takes care of the remaining IS elements, especially networks, end stations and infrastructure. The managed areas are subject to identical processes and metrics, as in the case of the Komplet service package. Our usual Shared Workflow Tier business partners are medium or large companies looking to strengthen the capacity of their ICT department and to enhance the knowledge base of their internal staff.

Customers are provided with specific services
Specific offerings involve IS auditing or support in organizing and procurement evaluation. We also provide methodological assistance in creating and updating documentation and negotiating with third parties.
